Very well done. Bit sad there was no saving the person at the bottom. I thought that was what the return path would be for, to get her out! I enjoyed the escape nonetheless.
loved playing it! it did made me rage quit on my first playthrough (as i kept diying which is honestly on me). But i tried again today and made it out of the well. Really cool game
Oh, this was fun. Hard to go in blind with this one, the guide was just enough to give me a hint that i should keep an escape. By the end i kinda expected what was about to happen. Maybe a minigame or two would have distracted me from that idea, but made it through first try. Almost softlocked myself in one of the L's with a block. Maybe a slow way to chip on them to break and reset them would be a nice touch to avoid softlocks early.
Unfortunately my only keyboard is one of those 60% ones with no arrow keys, and the game looks like it doesn't respond to a controller. Oh well, can't really play the game then. It's a pity, the art in the screenshots look amazing.
Oh wow, sorry, I didn't even know it was possible to have a keyboard with no arrow keys. I might find a way to sneak a patch that supports WASD, if the rules allow it. Shouldn't be too hard.
If this is your first released game, then this is a very good result, I think it will win in Jam. After Jam, fix the softlocks in the game, I dropped the stone and could not move further
The softlocks are an intentional part of the level design!! I plan to make that a little clearer in the future, maybe by having a way to detect a softlock and ask the player to reset, I just didn't have time because of the deadline, but this game's like a puzzle in a way that you have to plan ahead and not get stuck.
Very good game, love the art and soundtrack. Found a softlock: I think the softlock could be removed by adding blocks here:It would stop the player from being able to push the crate into the tunnel down there

That was originally the plan, but I ran out of time ^^
Maybe someday it might be possible to save her in a future patch...

Ohhhhh!!! That's a great idea actually! I'm writing that down for a future patch.
I I got stuck and stayed in the cave forever. The end
Hollow knight silksong has been real quiet since this dropped
This was a lot of fun. I could play this for a lot longer.
I love it even though I got stuck on my first run and died very quickly on the second one.

The game supports WASD now!
Thank you!

I think the softlock could be removed by adding blocks here:
Or maybe a hole could be added here!
Did the same thing ...
Damn, it was super cool !
This was very cool. I hope you make more stuff like this.
how did you make this in 6 days
I've no clue! I'm just glad I made the deadline, I had to scope down a bunch to make it work but I think it turned out alright!
bruh i kind of envy you lol
